Customer Trunk

Customer trunks are the Online PSTN gateways registered sub domains for connecting Zoom calls to SIP Trunk or IP-PBX.

The table below describes the fields in this screen.

Parameter

Description

Trunk Online PSTN Gateway sub domain.
Customer Short Customer Name.
Channel Name of the associated customer channel.
Calling Profile Name of the associated Calling Profile.
Status

One of the following values:

Created
Defined
1. Click Add to add a new trunk or edit to modify an existing trunk.

Name

Online PSTN Gateway name.

Customer

Short Customer name.

Calling Profile

Name of the associated calling profile.

Carrier Registration

Username

Defines the digest MD5 Authentication username for the IP-PBX Carrier. The valid value is a string of up to 60 characters. By default, no value is defined.

Password

Defines the password for the IP-PBX Carrier registration.

MainLine

MainLine (Contact User): Defines the AOR username. This appears in REGISTER From/To headers as ContactUser@HostName

Hostname

Defines the Address of Record (AOR) host name. The host name appears in SIP REGISTER From/To headers as ContactUser@HostName.
